Champaign, Rantoul & Decatur

An ending to a late night and a busy few days. We finished off a long weekend on the campaign trail with a few stops in Champaign, Rantoul and Decatur, Illinois...met many great supporters who are volunteering their time and dedication to Brady for Governor 2010. While my dad was attending a forum in Champaign with many other candidates in the 2010 primary, my mom and I met many great people at the Women for Brady coffee in Champaign. Check out "On the Record" with my dad and NewsTalk 1400 WDWS AM Champaign. Don't forget to register to vote! Back to work early tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

2 months later...

So I am officially the worst blogger, I apologize for literally disappearing for the past two months...just like everyone else, its been extremely busy. I hope everyone had an amazing holiday and is enjoying the new year. I just got back from two days of campaigning; although we did not travel far, mainly staying in the suburbs, it was two very long but successful days. For those of you that do not know, my dad is a candidate in the election for governor and the primary election is February 2...only 24 more days! Over the past two weeks, encouraging people to vote, I have been extremely surprised to find the number of people that 1) did not have any idea the primary election was in February, b)had no idea that you had to declare a party for the primary ballot and c) are not registered to vote!...its crazy. For those of you who are not registered, it's not too late. Although you can no longer register online or by mail, you can go to Election Board offices at 69 w. Washington St. on the 6th floor; visit http://www.chicagoelections.com/ for info. Take a minute to check us out at http://bradyforillinois.com/ or join us on facebook, Bill Brady for Governor. Every vote counts! Have a great night :)
